Patagonia

The Patagonia trip with Rotary was the best week of my life. It went by so fast and was packed with so much I will attempt to sum some of it up 🙂 and then show some pictures. We visited cities such as Puerto Montt, Puerto Varas, Punta Arenas, and Puerto Natales. Down in Patagonia we saw Las Torres del Paine, Glaciar Serrano, Glaciar and Lago Grey. We ate the most amazing salmon and bbq sheep. We saw condors, dolphins, llamas, alpacas, and even a sea lion. We laughed, shared stories, and enjoyed the beauty of every view together. Like always it was great to be with the other exchange students.  I have trouble even describing my experience but I truly hope I never forget it. None of these pictures do this place any justice.

  1. You and Austen will need to compare experiences when he gets back from New Zealand. I heard that Patagonia and New Zealand have a lot of similarities — especially from the look of that glacier, since I know that is one of the things on his bucket list while he’s there. I’m so jealous of the cool things you are getting to see!
